San Francisco City Hall lighted up in honor of Latvia on November 16th

In commemoration of Latvia’s 100th anniversary, San Francisco City Hall was lit in the colors of Latvia from sunset until midnight on Friday, November 16.

The flag of Latvia flew from the Mayor’s Balcony on that same day.

A group of Latvians of Northern California and their friends met up at the Civic Center Plaza in front of the Hall and kicked off the celebratory weekend with taking lots of pictures and singing.
